Day 3 Inventory Management
Inventory concepts and importance; Types of inventories; Basic inventory control techniques; Stock levels and reorder points; Introduction to inventory tools.

Day 4 Logistics & Distribution

Recommended Free Software & Tools Introduced: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Odoo, Zoho Inventory, Trello, and Canva.

Assessment & Participation: As this is a short course, formal grading is not compulsory. However, participants will be evaluated using:

  • In-class participation
  • Short quiz or reflection
