To qualify for enrollment in the Certificate in Human Resource Management, applicants must have achieved either Three Passes in the G.C.E. (A/L) examination or Six Passes in the G.C.E. (O/L) examination, which must include English along with at least 1 year of verified work experience.

The program implements a balanced evaluation structure comprised of 50% Continuous Assessments (including case studies, presentations, academic quizzes, and practical projects) and 50% from the formal End of the Term Final Examinations.

The minimum passing score for every module is 40% (Grade ‘C’). Academic marks are allocated using a tiered grading system: Grade A* ranges from 90-100%, Grade A from 70-89%, Grade B from 55-69%, Grade C from 40-54%, and any performance under 40% is designated as a Grade F (Fail).

Registered students are expected to complete the program successfully during their first term offering. If a student is unsuccessful or misses an attempt, their registration period remains valid to resit the final examination during the next two subsequent consecutive program offerings.
