The program structure dictates that 2-credit modules contain a total allocation of 40 structural direct-contact hours (equivalent to 3-hour weekly lectures), while 1-credit modules are designed with 20 structural hours (equivalent to 2-hour weekly lectures).

Yes, this comprehensive curriculum is explicitly aligned with Level 03 criteria specifications defined under the Sri Lanka Qualifications Framework (SLQF).

To qualify for enrollment, applicants must satisfy at least one of the following criteria:
  • Successful completion of the Advanced Certificate in HRM from a recognized national or international institute.
  • Be an active Human Resource Management Undergraduate.
  • G.C.E. A/L with 1 year of executive experience.
  • Graduate from a recognized University.
  • G.C.E. O/L with at least 3 years of Executive Experience.

The program splits evaluation equally across two metrics: 50% is derived from Continuous Assessments (incorporating tasks like projects, quizzes, presentations, and case studies) and 50% is determined by the formal Final Examination at the end of each term.

If a student is unsuccessful on their first attempt, their registration remains valid to clear or sit for the examinations during another two subsequent consecutive offerings of the program. A maximum of two total attempts are allowed for each individual course module.
